Lauric acid is a nutrient that is needed in a humans body to support the bodys immune system. Usually, lauric acid can be found on the mothers milk. Pure coconut oil is not only rich in lauric acid, it is also abundant in other nutrients such as phenolic compounds that would make our body healthier.
